Elevator Inspector/Consultant, started Professional Elevator Inspection & Consulting Services in South Florida to provide superior elevator inspection and consulting services at competitive rates throughout the State of Florida including Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Stuart, Ft. Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Melbourne, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, Naples, Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, and Key West.

I am an elevator inspector certified by NAESA (National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities) International in conformance with the requirements of the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) QEI-1 Standard for the Qualification of Elevator Inspectors (NAESA QEI# C-3849). I am also a State of Florida Certified Elevator Inspector (FL CEI# 419). 

​I attained both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Professional Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University while working full time.

I have over 50 years of experience in the building construction industry, including over 10 years experience in the electrical industry and over 20 years in the elevator industry including 7 years as an elevator inspector and elevator contract administrator for Miami-Dade County.

​For over 20 years, I have been involved in elevator project management, including specification, sales, production, maintenance, consulting and inspection. I have inspected thousands of elevators throughout the State of Florida. I have extensive experience in project management. I utilize my building construction, electrical and elevator experience to specialize in elevator modernization project management throughout the State of Florida.
